Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Guest Services team within 30 days of delivery or pickup to receive your Return Authorization number and instructions.

  Prepare Your Items

  Ensure all furniture, decor, or bedding is unassembled and placed back in its original packaging with all hardware and manuals included.

  Schedule Pickup or Drop-off

  For large furniture items, we will coordinate a professional pickup service; smaller parcel items can be dropped off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees.
